We start renovating the coffee house in February

We have a lot of work to get done.   We got the key to the building and on the same day we had to go out of state so we aren't able to do any work in December.   Perhaps in January if we can finish up here in Maryland.  

This is the longest journey in getting a coffee house opened up when you don't have capital.  But, it's fun.  We have our plans done and now we are finally getting to implement them, slowly.   We are working on a contract right now which will give us enough money to get the coffee house ready for an inspection by Anderson County Health Dept.   Once we pass, we can open the bakery section of our coffee house.

Then we will use the proceeds from our bakery to fund the rest of our phases and before we know it, we'll have a fully functional coffee house, greenhouse, koi pond and organic food center.
